Pianist and Grammy nominated arranger Tom Zink has performed throughout the Southern California area for nearly 30 years. A long time Yamaha artist, his piano recording can be heard on hundreds of Yamaha Disklavier disks including solo piano and combos. His performances range from intimate club settings to performing arts centers (Carpenter, McCullum) as well as larger corporate events that include ATT, Lexus, and Disney. His group comes in many sizes including solo piano, trio, quintet and beyond. Tom has performed with and recorded for a host of jazz and pop artists including Dave Koz, Richard Elliot, Michael McDonald, Brian Bromberg, Ronnie Laws, Plas Johnson, and Steve Tyrell.
His repertoire focuses on Jazz standards (great American Song Book), Bossa Nova (Jobim) and groovy smooth jazz classics, and he is able to put together any size group, or instrumentation to perform that songbook.
