Homenaje
(2014 Los Angeles) is a trio led by guitarist, Will Brahm fusing Latin, jazz, and classical stylings. The trio incorporates these traditions with a distinct Los Angeles flavor. Will Brahm tours the world as co-leader of the New West Guitar Group, contributing arrangements and sure fire musicianship. He is a 5 time K-Jazz scholarship recipient,
Percussionist/drummer, Chris Wabich joins on the new project. He has worked with Leonard Cohen, Stanley Jordan, Mark Murphy, the Zappa family and many others. Just off the road with Poncho Sanchez, bassist Ross Shodek will join the trio.
Doors will open at 8pm sharp, Ev's regularly scheduled workshop will be taking place right until 8pm so please do not disturb!
Tickets are $15 advance and $20 door. Copies of Homenaje's new CD "La Mariposa y el Mentiroso" are available at the show for $20, This is an all ages show. BYOB if you like.
